LOW PRICE PROMISE

We constantly check furniture retailers and outlets, both on the high street and the internet to ensure we are offering the best products at the lowest prices anywhere.

At Hornchurch Interiors we monitor our prices every week to ensure that we remain extremely competitive within the market place.

Having recently lowered hundreds of prices, we are so confident that our prices are among the lowest you will find that we offer the following price promise:

We promise for a period of seven days from your invoice date that if you find any other UK mainland retailer or e-retailer advertising on general offer the same items you have purchased but at a lower price, including delivery and assembly where applicable, we will refund the difference.

We will need to be able to verify any alternative price offer. It specifically excludes comparisons with items which are ex-display, or seconds etc. Alternative price offers must be generally advertised or in writing on headed stationery and not ‘word-of-mouth'.

If you find any item on our store cheaper elsewhere then we will beat the price providing that the following criteria is met:

1. The two items must be identical.
2. The price must include all applicable delivery charges.
3. The item must be brand new.
4. The item is at normal price and not on sale or special offer.
5. You must provide sufficient information for us to independently verify the price ourselves,
e.g. exact website address link.

Please note: Our Price Promise applies to recognised retailers only. The prices on manufacturers' own websites/ stores, factory outlets etc are excluded. We reserve the right to exclude the price promise if this would result in Hornchurch Interiors Limited making a loss.
