Free Delivery*   and charged delivery. 

Delivery to your home is FREE to all  England and Wales  when you spend over £500.

A standard delivery charge of £50 applies for orders under £500.
Or you may collect the goods from our Hornchurch warehouse without incurring the delivery charge, when they are made available .

Delivery charges cover the entire order, not per product.

You will be contacted personally by telephone when your order is ready to be delivered.

As soon as your furniture is available, you will be contacted either by us, or our Carriers, to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

We will usually use our own transport to deliver.

Details of our delivery service:

Delivery service 1:  Two man carrier*  This service is used generally for larger or multiple items.

We, or our carriers will telephone ahead to book the delivery.    If you are not available on the first date suggested we will gladly offer alternative future dates.   These items will be delivered by 2 man delivery to your home.   

Delivery service 2:  Parcel carrier*  This service is used generally for single and smaller items under 30kg, however on occasions individual larger items will be sent via this method. We will call you when the item has been released to carriers explaining delivery method and providing full tracking details.
