Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we are located in Hornchurch, Essex. Where you can view most of the furniture displayed online. 

Why are your prices so low?

We calculate our prices very carefully, to trade at a profit and to cover our running costs. We are usually about  30% to 50%  cheaper than many high street shops and superstores.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made online through our secure server.
Or you can pay over the telephone.
Or you can send us a cheque.

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo.

Is your site secure?

Yes, payments are processed using Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) which means no-one will be able to intercept your credit card information whilst you are making a transaction with us.

You do have the option of supplying your credit card details by phone, or even requesting an invoice from us so that you can send your payment to us by cheque, although we would have to take into account the time it takes for the cheque to clear (7 working days).

Can I leave a deposit?

ONLINE.  payment for goods must be made in full.
IN STORE. Yes a deposit secures any order. 
You may cancel your order at any stage to obtain a full, no-quibble refund.

Is the furniture guaranteed?

All our furniture is brand new and comes with at least a 12 month guarantee.

Are brochures and swatches available?

We do not produce our own paper catalogue, but some manufacturer's brochures are available. Due to fairly rapid changes in styles and finishes, many manufacturers do not offer brochures. However, if there is an item you are interested in that is not shown on our site, we may be able to send you a photo by e-mail. 

What is the normal delivery time?

Delivery times vary, depending on what you order. If held in stock, your order is normally dispatched within 7 days. If not, it is usually around 3 to 5 weeks from confirmation of order. On rare occasions it may be longer. We have little control over this, but you can see an estimated delivery time on each product page. Should you decide not to wait, then you may cancel your order at this point. You are under no obligation.

Can you deliver outside of the UK?

At this present time we do not deliver outside of the UK, however we can deliver to any docks in mainland UK. You would be responsible for the shipping costs and arrangements. Feel free to call us on 01708 455511 to discuss any special requirements you might have

What if I decide to cancel my order after I have paid?

Orders may be cancelled at any time before delivery, but if any item has been received into stock from a supplier, a cancellation/handling fee of 20% will apply.
You must call us immediately on 01708 455511.

 What if I am not happy with the furniture after delivery?

You have the unconditional right to return any goods within 7 working days for any reason to obtain a full refund. Goods must be returned in its original packaging and in undamaged, unused condition. The cost of returning the goods would be your responsibility. Please view our Terms & Conditions  for more information.
